Shopping Basics

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed/confirmed on our website, 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱. However, a store credit code can be issued that you can use in the future, to make a purchase on our website (store credit code is active for six months from date it is issued).

Currently we don’t offer international shipping.

2 Business Days (Order before 3pm CT) $15.99

1 Business Day (Order before 3pm CT). $19.99

Once you place your order, we will notify you via your email when your order has been processed for shipping and provide you with shipping confirmation and tracking number (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc).

Please note that MyGlamsy will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages when you waive signature at delivery.

It is of high importance that you state the correct and precise shipping information (Include Apartment numbers, Suite numbers, etc.). We will not be responsible for lost packages due to incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers.

UPS Expedited/Next Day/2nd Day Delivery-
Order Processing timeline is 1-2 business days after order is placed on our website (We don’t process orders to ship out on same day or less than 24hrs that order is placed). Shipping timeline is usually 1-2 business days after we ship the package. Please email info@myglamsy.com or send text/whatsapp message to 713-551-3617 if you have questions regarding expedited delivery timeline.

Returns/Exchanges/Store Credits-
** NO REFUNDS ON ALL ITEMS! All returns are refunded via exchange or store credit.

We do not issue refunds back to your original method of payment. We encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases, and of course feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling! EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT REQUESTS ARE ALLOWED ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS (we must receive your email request at info@myglamsy.com no more than 7 days after package is delivered to you). We don’t process return requests via WhatsApp, Text messages or Instagram DM. Please email all requests to info@myglamsy.com
**Please allow two business days after you send the email (excluding weekends and USA holidays) for our staff to process and respond to your email.

TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN:

3.⁠ ⁠Reason for the return
4.⁠ ⁠Would you like a store credit?
5.⁠ ⁠Would you like an exchange?
•⁠ ⁠Bigger or smaller size of same item?
•⁠ ⁠Another item? If so, which item? Note- for all exchanges you will need to pay a shipping fee for the exchange item.
As soon as we receive your email request, we will send you a confirmation Number.

*Please allow two business days after you send the email (excluding weekends and USA holidays) for us to process and respond to your email.

You will have seven (7) days after you receive our email response to make sure the return package is delivered to our warehouse.

*We will send an acknowledgement email within 2-5 business days after the return package has been received by us.
